Dosage and intake
Daily 3 slightly heaped mybacs® measuring spoons (equivalent to 32 g) in approx. 300 ml of waterStir into milk, a smoothie or a bowl and consume.
For optimal results we recommend the combination with the mybacs® bacterial cultures. However, the powder can also be taken independently and at any other time without any problem.

Take one capsule daily with a glass of water. Ideally on an empty stomach in the morning, but can also be taken at any other time.
If you have trouble swallowing the capsule, you can carefully open it and stir the contents into water or yogurt.
