Dosage and intake
Daily, 3 slightly heaped mybacs® measuring spoons (equivalent to 32 g) in approx. 300 ml of water., Stir in milk, a smoothie, or a bowl and consume.
For optimal results, we recommend the combination with the mybacs® bacterial cultures. However, the powder can also be taken independently of this and at a different time.
