Shipping is free of charge for orders over CHF 19.99. Orders under CHF 19.99 incur shipping costs of CHF 3.90.

(3) PayPal Direct Debit

2.2.2 Payment by credit card
For payments by credit card, your credit card account will be charged immediately after order completion in the case of a one-time purchase. For subscriptions, we reserve the right to initiate the charge no earlier than four (4) days before the respective delivery date of the interval delivery.The specific payment methods and procedures depend on the terms and conditions of your respective credit card provider (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express).

If you choose to pay using a service provided by Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (“Klarna”), you will be redirected to the Klarna platform during the order process. There you can select one of the following payment methods:
(1) Klarna Buy on Account
If you choose "Buy now, pay later," you'll receive the goods first and pay the invoice amount directly to Klarna within 30 days of shipment. The invoice will be sent to you by email. Delivery is only possible to the address registered with Klarna. Please note that Klarna conducts a credit check before approving this payment method and reserves the right not to offer certain payment options. To pay the invoice amount, you must be registered with Klarna or register first and authenticate yourself with your login details. (2) Klarna installment purchase
If you choose to pay in installments with Klarna, you can settle the invoice amount in flexible monthly installments over a period of up to 36 months. After a successful credit check, Klarna will send you an overview of the payment terms and monthly invoices.
To pay the invoice amount in installments, you must be registered with Klarna or register first and authenticate yourself with your login details.

(3) Klarna Instant Pay
If you select "Pay now", payment will be processed immediately upon completion of your order. Depending on availability, you can pay by direct debit, instant bank transfer, or credit card.
Registration with Klarna is not mandatory. However, in certain cases, registration may be necessary to pay the invoice amount, verify your identity, and complete the transaction.

2.2.4 Apple Pay

If you wish to pay with MobilePay, a payment service provided by Vipps MobilePay AS, Folke Bernadottes Allé 50, 2100 Copenhagen Ø, Denmark ("MobilePay"), you will be redirected to the MobilePay app during the checkout process and/or asked to enter your mobile phone number. This requires that you are registered with MobilePay and that the MobilePay app is linked to your bank account. 2.2.9 EPS
If you wish to pay via EPS transfer, an online payment system provided by PSA Payment Services Austria GmbH, Handelskai 92, Gate 2, 1200 Vienna, Austria ("EPS"), you will be redirected to the EPS payment page during the order process. There, you select your participating bank through which you wish to process the payment. After selecting your bank, you will be redirected to their online banking page, where you log in with your usual access data. The transfer details are already pre-filled. You review the information and authorize the payment using a TAN or another security procedure used by your bank. After successful authorization, the amount will be debited directly from your account, and we will receive payment confirmation in real time.

If you wish to pay via Bancontact, a Belgian online payment system of Bancontact Payconiq Company, Rue d'Arlon 82, 1040 Brussels, Belgium ("Bancontact"), you will be redirected to the Bancontact payment page during the ordering process. There, you can either enter your Bancontact card details or scan the QR code displayed on the page using the Bancontact app on your smartphone. After entering the required payment details or confirming in the app, the transaction will be processed in real time. The invoice amount will be debited from your bank account immediately, and we will receive payment confirmation right away.
