Dr. med. Wolfgang Gräf studied human medicine in Regensburg, Berlin and Munich, where he received his doctorate at the Ludwig Maximilians University. He has intensively studied the role of the microbiome in the health and performance of athletes and brings this expertise into his work.

Dr. med Neha Tanna is a doctor from London. She worked as a general practitioner for years before moving into the life sciences industry, where she held various positions in pharmaceutical companies. She holds an MBA from London Business School, where she fell in love with working with entrepreneurs and start-ups. Since then, she has worked at a startup medical technology company as well as several healthcare accelerators and VCs, most recently at a global venture builder focused on early-stage technology companies.

Sebastian Wahl is a pharmacist and one of the founders of mybacs®. During and after his studies at the ETH in Zurich, he carried out research in biotechnology and biochemistry.
