With vitamin B6, Cyclebacs contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, and the iron it contains contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Is Cyclebacs only intended for certain cycle phases?
Cyclebacs is taken daily. In the first half of your cycle, you take one capsule per day; in the luteal phase (after ovulation), you can increase the dosage to two capsules.
What do I do if my period is irregular?
You can also take Cyclebacs if you have an irregular cycle. We recommend simply aligning with the second half of your cycle or consistently integrating it into your routine.
Can I combine Cyclebacs with other products?
Yes, Cyclebacs can be combined with other mybacs® products – depending on what you are currently focusing on.
When should I check about taking it?
If you are using hormonal treatments or are unsure, it is advisable to clarify the intake with your doctor individually. This applies particularly to the use of oral contraceptives, as herbal ingredients such as chasteberry can influence hormone balance.
