For the smoothie bowl

  • g oat flakes

  • g fresh baby spinach

  • g grapes

  • banana(s)

  • ml rice drink

  • tsp grape seed oil

  • tsp matcha powder

  • leaves of mint

For the granola

  • g hearty oat flakes

  • tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • tsp matcha powder

  • tbsp maple syrup

  • tbsp rapeseed oil

  • tbsp sultanas

  • tsp chia seeds

  • pinch ground tonka bean

  • organic lime(s) zest

For the smoothie bowl

    1. Remove the pit and peel of the avocado entfernen.Trauben Wash the baby spinach thoroughly and peel the banana.

    2. Blend the avocado flesh with rolled oats, baby spinach, banana, grapes, rice drink, matcha powder, grapeseed oil and mint leaves into a creamy mixture.

    3. Divide between one or two bowls and top as desired with grapes, mint leaves, honey or maple syrup, and a little "Inner Power" granola. Serve immediately and enjoy.

For the "Inner Power" granola (approx. 1 jar 300g)

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C fan-forced.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl vermengen.Die Wash the lime thoroughly and add about a teaspoon of lime zest to the granola. Stir again.

  3. Place the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes until crispy.

  4. Remove the baking tray from the oven, mix the granola using two tablespoons so that nothing sticks together, and let it cool completely on the tray.

  5. Remove the baking tray from the oven and let the granola cool completely.

  6. Top directly with muesli, porridge or smoothie bowl, or store in a screw-top jar in the pantry or give away as a gift.
