For the smoothie bowl

Pit and peel avocado entfernen.Trauben and wash the baby spinach thoroughly and peel the banana.

Blend the avocado flesh with the oat flakes, baby spinach, banana, grapes, rice drink, matcha powder, grape seed oil, and mint leaves until creamy.

Divide between one or two bowls and top with grapes, mint leaves, beekeeper's honey, or maple syrup, as desired, and some "Inner Power" granola. Serve immediately and enjoy.
For the "Inner Power" Granola (approx. 1 jar 300g)

Preheat oven to 180°C fan.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl vermengen.Die Wash the lime thoroughly and add about a teaspoon of lime zest to the granola. Stir again.

Place the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until crispy.

Remove the baking tray from the oven, mix the granola with two tablespoons so that nothing sticks together and let it cool completely on the tray.

Remove the tray from the oven and let the granola cool completely.

Top muesli, porridge or smoothie bowl directly, store in a dry screw-top jar in the pantry or give as a gift.
