For the smoothie bowl

  • g oat flakes

  • g frozen blueberries

  • tbsp soy yoghurt

  • tbsp puffed quinoa

  • ml rice drink

  • pinch vanilla powder

  • dates

For the granola (approx. 1 glass of 300g)

  • g whole grain oat flakes

  • tbsp blackberries

  • tbsp dried wild blueberries

  • tbsp whole almonds

  • pinch vanilla powder

  • tsp cocoa nibs

  • tsp chia seeds

For the bowl

    1. Puree all ingredients thoroughly in a blender and divide between one or two bowls.

    2. Top with fresh berries, cocoa nibs and Radiant Glow granola as desired. Serve immediately and enjoy.

For the granola

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C fan.

  2. Crush blackberries or blueberries with your hands and add them to the oatmeal.

  3. Roughly chop the almonds with a knife and place them in a bowl with the remaining ingredients and the blackberry-colored oat flakes and mix.

  4. Place the granola mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for 10 minutes until crispy.

  5. Remove the tray from the oven and let the granola cool completely.

  6. Top muesli, porridge or smoothie bowl directly, store in a screw-top jar in a dry place in the pantry or give as a gift.
