For the smoothie bowl

  • g oat flakes

  • g frozen blueberries

  • tbsp soy yoghurt

  • tbsp puffed quinoa

  • ml rice drink

  • pinch vanilla powder

  • dates

For the granola (approx. 1 glass of 300g each)

  • g of crunchy oat flakes

  • tablespoons blackberries

  • tablespoons dried wild blueberries

  • tablespoons whole almonds

  • pinch vanilla powder

  • tsp cocoa nibs

  • tsp chia seeds

For the bowl

    1. Blend all ingredients thoroughly in a blender and divide between one or two bowls.

    2. Top with fresh berries, cacao nibs, and "Radiant Glow" granola, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy.

For the granola

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C fan-forced.

  2. Crush the blackberries or blueberries with your hands and add them to the oatmeal.

  3. Roughly chop the almonds with a knife and mix them in a bowl with the remaining ingredients and the blackberry-colored rolled oats.

  4. Place the granola mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 10 minutes until crispy.

  5. Remove the baking tray from the oven and let the granola cool completely.

  6. Top directly with muesli, porridge or smoothie bowl, or store in a screw-top jar in the pantry or give away as a gift.
