Preheat oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.

Peel the bananas and puree them with maple syrup, water, and hazelnut butter. Grind the flaxseeds and blend briefly or crush them in a mortar and pestle.

Flaxseed and hemp seeds with banana mixture to a relatively firm dough vermengen.Schokolade chop and fold in.

Line the baking dish with baking paper or lightly grease it. Pour the batter into the pan and spread it out. Then bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes.

Remove from the oven, sprinkle with sea salt flakes, and let cool. Then cut into 8 pieces and enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator. If you want to keep the bars for longer, you can freeze them.
