  1. Preheat oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.

  2. Peel the bananas and puree them with maple syrup, water, and hazelnut butter. Grind the flaxseeds and blend briefly or crush them in a mortar and pestle.

  3. Flaxseed and hemp seeds with banana mixture to a relatively firm dough vermengen.Schokolade chop and fold in.
