Preheat oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.

Peel the bananas and puree them with maple syrup, water and hazelnut butter. Grind the flax seeds and mix briefly or crush them in a mortar.

Mix the linseed and hemp seeds with the banana mixture to form a relatively firm dough. Chop the chocolate and fold in.

Put baking paper in the oven dish or grease it a little. Pour the dough in and spread it out. Then bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes.

Remove from the oven, sprinkle with sea salt flakes and allow to cool. Then cut into 8 pieces and enjoy immediately or store in the fridge. If you want to keep the bars for longer, you can freeze them
