  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat).

  2. Peel the bananas and purée them with maple syrup, water, and hazelnut butter. Grind the flax seeds, briefly blend them, or crush them in a mortar.

  3. Flax seeds and hemp seeds mixed with bananas to form a relatively firm dough. vermengen.Schokolade Chop and fold in.

  4. Line the baking dish with parchment paper or grease it lightly. Pour in the batter and spread it evenly. Then bake in a preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes.
