Furthermore, the products or formulations from white label manufacturers are often of lower quality in terms of the selection and dosage of bacterial strains. The formulations are also sometimes years or even decades old and have not been updated to reflect the latest scientific findings.
mybacs does things differently. Our development team, comprised of physicians, pharmacists, and scientists, develops all of our product formulations in-house. They are supported by a specially selected, highly qualified medical advisory board, whose extensive experience and expertise inform our work. When we develop a formulation, it is based on the latest scientific findings and contains ingredients that have been clinically tested for efficacy. We continuously monitor the latest study results relevant to our products and work to further develop and optimize our formulations based on these findings.

Our products are developed in Switzerland and manufactured in Germany and Austria. This ensures not only very high quality in the ingredients and production, but also regional sourcing, short transport routes, and fair working conditions.

Our sustainable, compostable storage pouch is 360% more expensive than comparable plastic packaging. We also prioritize sustainability and the highest quality in our glass storage jar, because protecting sensitive products like synbiotics from light and moisture is essential to ensure optimal effectiveness even after extended storage. Our glass jar is not only stylish but also particularly sustainable due to its reusability, German manufacturing, and recyclability.
We also designed all other packaging components to minimize our environmental footprint. The starter kit's packaging box is made from over 80% recycled cardboard, the Sizzlepack (our sustainable filler material to protect the capsules and jar) is made from shredded waste paper, and your welcome insert is printed on PaperWise – a sustainable paper alternative that doesn't require cutting down trees. Other suppliers forgo these aspects and therefore have significantly lower product costs.
The price difference is illustrated by the following example: a manufacturer who doesn't prioritize sustainable packaging but wants to keep costs down pays approximately one euro for the entire packaging of their dietary supplements.
