UPGRADE YOUR ROUTINE - FOR A DEEP SLEEP
The Deep Sleep AddOn:
Our Deep Sleep formula is the optimal combination of vitamins and plant extracts to help you fall asleep and reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. Melatonin also contributes to the relief of the subjective sensation of jet lag. The unique formulation is designed to prevent habituation and avoid the risk of addiction. We recommend taking it as needed, with certain breaks, such as z.B. on weekends or on individual days. However, daily intake is also not a problem.
THE DEEP SLEEP SUPERSTARS:
-
Melatonin - This hormone is responsible for regulating the sleep-wake cycle. Melatonin helps shorten the time it takes to fall asleep.
- Ashwagandha - The root is not known as the "sleep berry" for nothing, as it has a calming and sleep-inducing effect and helps with both difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep by strengthening the parasympathetic nervous system - the part of the nervous system responsible for recovery and digestion.
- Lavender - Its calming and relaxing effects have been known since ancient times. Lavender relieves stress and anxiety and helps with sleep disorders.
WHAT ELSE IS INSIDE?
Lemon balm: Lemon balm has a calming effect and can therefore relieve nervousness and aid sleep. Studies have shown that the symptoms of subjects suffering from moderate anxiety or sleep disorders could be alleviated by administering lemon balm extract. Thanks to its antispasmodic properties, lemon balm also has a positive effect on a nervous gastrointestinal tract.
Vitamin B6: This coenzyme is probably unfamiliar to most people, but it is one of the most essential coenzymes in the human body. P5P acts as a catalyst in more than 100 chemical reactions in the body. Amino acid metabolism plays a particularly important role here. Vitamin B6 also plays a role in mood. It is required for the synthesis of serotonin, noradrenaline, dopamine, and GABA. These neurotransmitters are strongly associated with general mood, motivation, and pleasure. Furthermore, vitamin B6 contributes to the production of myelin (nerve protective membrane) and plays a crucial role in energy metabolism.
Vitamin B12: Vitamin B12 is stored primarily in the liver and is involved in the production of red blood cells.Energy metabolism, nerve protection, and the production of neurotransmitters and DNA also require an adequate intake of vitamin B12. A deficiency often manifests itself in psychological problems, chronic fatigue, and lack of energy. It should be noted that an imbalance in the intestines impairs the absorption of the vitamin. Therefore, a healthy gut is particularly important. Furthermore, vitamin B12 is found predominantly in animal-based foods. Vegans and vegetarians should therefore pay particular attention to their intake (vitamin B12 supplements are strongly recommended by vegan organizations).
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Dose: We recommend taking it situationally (as needed), with certain breaks, such as z.B. on weekends or on individual days. However, daily intake is also not a problem.
- When? Evening/PM - Take one capsule 30 minutes before bedtime with a glass of water
- How? Swallow each capsule with sufficient liquid.
