UPGRADE YOUR ROUTINE - FOR A DEEP SLEEP
The Deep Sleep AddOn:
Our Deep Sleep formula is the optimal combination of vitamins and plant extracts to help you fall asleep and reduce the time it takes you to sleep. Melatonin also contributes to alleviating the subjective feeling of jet lag. The unique formula is designed so that neither a habituation effect nor a risk of addiction occurs. We recommend taking it situationally (as needed), with certain breaks, such as... z.B. on weekends or individual days. However, daily intake is also not a problem.
THE DEEP SLEEP SUPERSTARS:
-
Melatonin - This hormone is responsible for regulating the sleep-wake cycle. Melatonin helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep.
- Ashwagandha - The root is also known as "sleep berry" for good reason, as it has a calming and sleep-inducing effect and helps with both difficulty falling asleep and difficulty staying asleep by strengthening the parasympathetic nervous system - the part of the nervous system responsible for rest and digestion.
- Lavender - Lavender's calming and relaxing effects have been known since antiquity. It relieves stress and anxiety and helps with sleep disorders.
WHAT ELSE IS INSIDE?
Lemon balm: Lemon balm has a calming effect and can therefore alleviate nervousness and help with falling asleep. Studies have shown that the symptoms of subjects suffering from moderate anxiety or sleep disorders could be relieved by administering lemon balm extract. Thanks to its antispasmodic properties, lemon balm also has a positive effect on an upset stomach.
Vitamin B6: This coenzyme is probably unfamiliar to most people, yet it is one of the most essential coenzymes in the human body. P5P acts as a catalyst in more than 100 chemical reactions in the body, with amino acid metabolism being particularly important. Vitamin B6 also plays a role in mood, as it is required for the synthesis of serotonin, norepinephrine, dopamine, and GABA. These neurotransmitters are strongly associated with general mood, motivation, and pleasure. Furthermore, vitamin B6 contributes to the production of myelin (the protective sheath of nerve fibers) and plays a crucial role in energy metabolism.
Vitamin B12: Vitamin B12 is primarily stored in the liver and is involved in the production of red blood cells.Energy metabolism, nerve protection, and the production of neurotransmitters and DNA also require an adequate supply of vitamin B12. A deficiency often manifests as psychological problems, chronic fatigue, and lack of energy. It's important to note that an imbalance in the gut can hinder the absorption of this vitamin. Therefore, a healthy gut is particularly important. Furthermore, vitamin B12 is primarily found in animal products. Vegans and vegetarians should therefore pay special attention to their intake (vitamin B12 supplementation is strongly recommended by vegan organizations).
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Dose: We recommend taking it situationally (as needed), with certain breaks, such as z.B. on weekends or individual days. However, daily intake is also not a problem.
- When? Evening/PM - Take one capsule 30 minutes before bedtime with a glass of water.
- How? Swallow each capsule with sufficient liquid.

5 DEEP SLEEP FACTS:
Knowledge is power - here are 5 exciting facts about sleep that you probably didn't know:
- Humans are capable of transferring events from their waking state into sleep, allowing them to process information and relive situations. Furthermore, it is possible to perceive auditory signals, such as the ringing of an alarm clock, or even needs like the urge to urinate, while sleeping.
- We wake up about 28 times per night. We usually don't notice this because our brain cannot store periods of wakefulness shorter than 3 minutes.
- We spend a total of about four years in dream sleep.
- Just 5 minutes after waking up, we've already forgotten 50% of our dreams. After 10 minutes, we can't remember 90% of our dreams.
