Breathe deeply & melt into sleep

INTRO
With this meditation you will breathe yourself gently to sleep. Release the tension in your body and clear your mind as you gradually drift into a deep, restful sleep.

Through the combination of breathing and muscle relaxation, we leave the stressors of the day behind us, calm down and can fall asleep more easily.

When we begin to let go of the body, we release the tension that we carry in our body or everything that we hold on to consciously or unconsciously. By letting go in our body, we simultaneously release the tension that we carry with us mentally and allow ourselves to recover deeply.

Before you begin meditating, get ready for bed so that you can fall asleep right away, perhaps even before the practice is finished.
