Breathe deeply &Melt into sleep

INTRO
With this meditation, you breathe yourself gently to sleep. Release tension in your body and clear your mind as you gradually drift into a deep, restful sleep.

Through the combination of breathing and muscle relaxation, we leave the stressors of the day behind us, calm down and can fall asleep more easily.

When we begin to let go of the body, we release the tension we carry within ourselves or anything we consciously or unconsciously hold onto. By letting go within our body, we simultaneously release the tension we carry within our minds, thus allowing ourselves to deeply recover.

Before you begin meditating, get ready for bed so that you can fall asleep right away, perhaps even before the practice is finished.
