  • tsp baking cocoa

  • pinch(s) salt

  • tsp ground tonka bean(s)

  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius.

  2. Peel the sweet potato and grate it finely. Peel the banana and mash it with a fork

  3. In an ovenproof dish, mix the soy flakes, oat flakes, baking cocoa, tonka bean and a pinch of salt. Add the banana, sweet potato and oat drink and mix well

  4. Bake in the hot oven for about 20 minutes.

  5. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly and garnish as desired, e.g. with banana slices, cocoa powder and some nut butter.
