Open-solid form

  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees fan.

  2. Peel and finely grate the sweet potato. Peel the banana and mash it with a fork.

  3. In an ovenproof dish, soy flakes, oat flakes, baking cocoa, tonka bean and a pinch of salt vermischen.Banane, sweet potato and oat milk and mix well

  4. Bake in the hot oven for about 20 minutes.

  5. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly and serve as desired. z.B. Garnish with banana slices, cocoa powder and some nut butter.
